Parish TraditionVettuvenni St. Antony’s Shrine is located on the banks of the Thamirabarani River, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a peaceful atmosphere for prayer and reflection. The shrine lies along the Kanyakumari–Trivandrum National Highway and is easily accessible through a connecting road. Tradition holds that this holy place traces its roots to the time of Blessed Martyr Devasahayam Pillai, making it one of the most significant faith centers in the region.
